The not-too-small print
On site car parking guaranteed at one space per room. All rooms have private en-suite, TV, coffee & tea making facilities, hairdriers and radio alarm clocks. The hotel is licensed for the sale of alcoholic drinks. Check in is normally between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. Let us know if you’re arriving at a different time. Check out is by 10.30am. We’re happy to store your luggage and you’re welcome to use the car park after check out. If it’s quiet, you can keep the room until the afternoon. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. If you cancel we reserve the right to charge 2/3rds of the full price for any unoccupied room. Holiday insurance is recommended. Payment can be made by either cash, cheque, debit card or credit card. Unfortunately we cannot accept AMEX. For the comfort of all guests we operate a no smoking policy throughout the hotel.
